We only collect what we actually need to book and deliver your appointment. Nothing more.

We do not collect payment information, health data, or any special category data. We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising.
Under GDPR we need a lawful reason to use your data. Our legal basis is contract performance · we process your data because it is necessary to fulfil the booking you have made with us. Without it we simply cannot book or deliver your appointment.
We do not use your data for marketing, profiling, or any automated decision-making.
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for their own purposes. Your data is only processed by the tools we use to run this website:

Both Google and Netlify are GDPR-compliant and process data under standard contractual clauses where applicable.
We keep your booking information in Google Calendar for up to 12 months after your appointment date. This allows us to reference past appointments if you return and to handle any disputes or follow-up questions.
After 12 months, appointment records are deleted from our calendar. Sent confirmation emails may remain in Gmail's sent folder unless manually deleted.
If you would like your data deleted sooner, just email us and we will remove it promptly.
Under GDPR you have the following rights regarding your personal data. To exercise any of them, simply email us at info@thenaillab.is and we will respond within 30 days.
